Our Sales page is designed to boost your efficiency with enhanced design, easy data export, rapid refunds, and efficient transaction filtering for a better creator experience.
All of your channel sales are now in one easy to access place. Need your data for your records? Simply download to your device directly from the Sales page. Click the purple 'Export Data' button and a CSV file will automatically be downloaded.
Creators can now easily process their own refunds directly from the Sales page. Simply find the transaction, click into it for more information, and select 'Refund', found in the top right hand corner. Choose a reason for the refund, and chose whether to revoke access or allow continued access post refund.
Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customers statement. Stripe's fees for the original payment won't be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund.
Need to find a specific transaction? Use the Sales filters to filter by product, date, email, and status.
